As part of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), many businesses have additional responsibilities as it pertains to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) compliance. 

However, there is a potential exemption for small businesses with less than 50 employees who can establish that complying with the FFCRA would jeapordize the viability of the business.
